<P>    世界卫生组织（World Oral Health，WHO）提出口腔健康的标准是：“牙齿清洁，无龋洞，无疼痛感，牙齿颜色正常，无出血现象”。其中后两点都提到了牙龈的问题，那么，您知道您的牙龈健康吗？    </P>

<P>    一般来说，健康的牙周组织表现为牙龈呈粉红色，形态呈刃状，紧紧贴附在牙面上，质地坚韧有弹性，而且在刷牙或咬硬物时是不会有出血或疼痛现象：</P>

<P>    在单纯牙龈发炎时主要表现为刷牙出血，没有疼痛或咬合不适等症状，这是由于口腔卫生短时间内控制不佳造成的，还可以通过认真刷牙、使用牙线或洁治等方法解决问题，使牙龈恢复健康。但是牙龈炎症不及时控制，会发展成为牙周炎，患者不仅表现为牙龈发红肿胀，刷牙容易出血，而且严重的可出现牙齿周围有脓液溢出，口腔异味明显，甚至是牙齿松动，咬物无力，最终牙齿会脱落。    了解了这些，您是否能判断自己的牙龈是否健康呢？如果您的牙龈有出血现象，即说明牙龈目前已不完全健康，需要采取一定的措施，必要时可得及时就诊，防止病情进一步发展。</P>
