　　我们在每天的食物中都会摄取维生素，但你是否了解，在林林总总的维生素大家庭中，有一些维生素对增强你的“性趣”大有帮助。如果你感到“性趣”下降，不妨试试补充以下这些维生素：

　　维生素A的主要功能是促进蛋白质的合成。维生素A缺乏时可以影响睾丸组织产生精母细胞，输精管上皮变性，睾丸重量下降，精囊变小，前列腺角质化。卵巢缺乏维生素A，则影响雌激素的正常分泌。

　　维生素C的作用是降低精子的凝集力，有利于精液液化。精子性细胞中遗传基因DNA通过维生素C的抗氧化功能得到保护，如果遗传基因被破坏，可导致精子受精能力减弱以致不育。
