3、最新的就是最好的。新品牌、新品种、新面料、新概念满天飞，加上促销，往往导致冲动消费。购买质量可靠，有良好信誉，特别是适合自己的产品仍然是选购护理用品的首选。那种带有夸张的吹嘘、时尚色彩的产品要慎选。

   

         4、带有香味的护理产品能掩盖经期身体的特殊气味。带有药物或香味的卫生巾大多数医生并不赞成使用，药物或香味成分也许会对机体产生不良影响。



  5、卫生巾没有脏不用换。卫生巾的使用特别是后几天经血较少时，更换次数减少，导致细菌滋生，量少的时候可以选用丝薄的或者是护垫，使用时间不超过8小时。

   

         6、有独立包装，使用卫生巾之前可以不洗手。当手将卫生巾拆封、打开、抚平、粘贴的过程，其实会把大量的病菌带到了卫生巾上。
