男 22岁 右手大鱼际处 有一大指母大的血管瘤 书上说有的会随身体的发育而增大 成年后可能自然消退 请问为何有这样的现象 是否可不治疗? 如要切除但不易彻低清除,容易复发.如要治疗是否硬化剂治疗最好? 治疗时机最好在?
