胃涨是否肝做怪？请医生救命

三个月前开始有胃涨，以为是胃病，就找了些胃药吃，但没有效果。最近胃涨有一点点缓解（吃了很多喉头菌片，不知是否其作用），但最近右腹皮肤偶尔有轻微刺痛。我有多年乙肝，大三阳，不知道这次胃涨是否是肝病恶化引发的？除了大便没以前正常外，现没有其他症状。请医生指教，谢谢。
