   我的痣为毛痣，大小约6＊5mm，位于有侧外下眼角，毛痣一般基底部较深，达真皮层，一般激光很难祛除，而且容易留下疤痕，目前的首选方法还是手术切除；我的毛痣位于外眼角下方，该部位皮肤较松弛，且痣的范围也不是很大，所以可以直接一次性切除并且不会造成眼睛的变形，深层用０／５丝线缝合，外层用０／８尼龙线缝合，４－５天拆线

    术后总结：痣呈圆形，一般采用梭形切口，下眼睑部位不容易出现疤痕，对位减张缝合很重要，手术后效果应该比较满意！
