重睑术，俗称双眼皮手术。则是指依据美学原理，通过手术手段，将单睑的解剖结构进行修改、重组，最后成形为重睑的外观形态。重睑术常用的手术有三大类：



　　1、埋线法：



　　是采用小的切口，将缝线埋在皮下的一种方法。适应于上睑眶隔脂肪少，皮肤薄而紧的年轻人，也适应于一侧单睑者或重睑时隐时现者，或适应于重睑术后重睑皱褶局部变浅或消失而进行补救时。

　　2、切开睑板固定法：



　　对于上睑皮肤松弛、上睑臃肿、三角眼及内眦赘皮者，采用切开法做重睑手术效果最佳，对用埋线法或缝线法做重睑术后效果不理想者，都可用此法来补救，且术后不易复发单睑。

　　3、微小切口去脂埋线法：



　　此法又称为吸脂法高分子双眼皮整形术，需要在上眼皮做一个约1mm的切口，将眶膈脂肪从小切口内部分切除，再用埋线法完成双眼皮整形术。
